What data we process and why

When you contact us through the form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, dates, message) solely to answer your request and manage your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and stay, and to meet our legal obligations (for example tax and guest registration requirements).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies without your consent. If you accept, we enable Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure our campaigns. The availability calendar is generated by our own server from our Google calendar; only if our server cannot be reached is Google's embedded calendar shown instead. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability at any time by writing to residenzavaldimonte@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
